Description:
LanguageWiktionaryHe.php (the Hebrew Wiktionary language
localisation) is in need of an update. The new
version (at
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/LanguageWiktionaryHe.php)
based on the Hebrew wikipedia localisation, except a couple
of changes - in order to fit it into the hebrew wiktionary
(as the site name - wiktionary and not wikipedia).

there's no such thing as "LanguageWiktionaryHe.php"; LanguageHe is shared
between all Hebrew projects (as with every other language file).
project-specific customizations should be done via the MediaWiki: namespace.
