Description:
People upload images from language WPs to Wikimedia Commons - very often they
don't upload the original size images, but the generated thumbnails.

The thumbnails are named {$size}px-{$OriginalFilename} - for example
691px-BlueTonguedLizard 2005 SeanMcClean.jpg

It's a hell of a work to fix this.

The upload of files by this name should be rejected with this reason shown or at
least a warning with this reason shown should be implemented.
