It's more an enhancement suggestion :
SVG could allow to create graphics without create a version for each language,
or better, to manipulate graphic annotations or whole graphics in wiki-style.

file. Of course you'll have to enable all this through the appropriate options

I'm marking this as INVALID since the bug doesn't even state a specific issue
