Description:
Ticking a box ([X]) to enable something is more logical than ticking a box to
enable the disableing of something. In Special:Preferences "Disable e-mail from
other users" should be changed to "Enable e-mail from other users", it's brief
and to the point.

I totally agree and have proposed the same some time ago. Together with my work
on Enotif (bug 454) I'll change the behaviour, if the other developers have
nothing against this change.
